Project Details

The supply and installation of premium LED sports floodlighting, together with supporting electrical infrastructure including new lighting towers and an advanced intelligent lighting control system, has been successfully completed at Oasis North Playing Fields. The system was purpose-engineered to provide compliant illumination for night-time Track & Field Training and Football (Soccer) Training and Competition purposes.

The lighting solution was designed and installed to deliver optimal illumination levels for senior competition and training activities. In recognition of the site’s proximity to the local airport, the installation fully complies with CASA lighting requirements. This ensures safe and compliant lighting for sporting events while minimising unwanted upward light spill to support aviation safety.

This High Performance installation has significantly improved visibility across the playing fields, delivering superior energy efficiency, long-term reliability, and precise control over lighting conditions. The intelligent lighting control system allows flexible programming and selectable Lux levels to meet the specific needs of various sporting events, training sessions, and community activities. As a result, the facility now enjoys consistent high-quality lighting, reduced operational costs, and an enhanced experience for athletes, officials, and spectators alike.
