Project Details

The supply and installation of premium LED sports floodlighting, supporting electrical infrastructure and an advanced intelligent lighting control system at Sutherlands Park A & B Reserves has been successfully completed. The lighting solution was specifically engineered to support high-standard night-time competition and training for AFL Football and Soccer.

The system was designed and installed to deliver optimal illumination levels for senior competition and training activities. As part of the project, provisions were incorporated into the design and infrastructure for a future upgrade of Reserve B to 150 Lux, ensuring seamless scalability to meet evolving sporting demands.

This cutting-edge installation has significantly enhanced playing field visibility while delivering superior energy efficiency, long-term reliability, and precise control over lighting conditions. The intelligent lighting control system enables flexible programming to accommodate the specific requirements of various sporting events, training sessions, and community activities. As a result, the facility now benefits from consistent high quality lighting, reduced operational costs, and an improved experience for athletes, officials, and spectators.
